Kirsten Wicomb Biokineticist is based in Cape Town, South Africa. Her passion for helping individuals regain and enhance their physical function led her to establish Wicomb Biokinetics in 2020. With a focus on personalised care, Kirsten offers tailored exercise therapy and rehabilitation programs to address various health and wellness needs. ​Kirsten Wicomb holds a BSc in Sport Science from the University of the Western Cape and a postgraduate BSc in Biokinetics from Stellenbosch University, followed by an internship in Namibia, before founding her own practice in October 2020 through the Entrepreneurs In Africa programme. She is a registered biokineticist (Practice No. 0914975) committed to evidence-based exercise therapy and patient-centred care . Her mission is to help clients restore function, manage chronic conditions and achieve personal fitness goals within a supportive, modern facility.
