With more than 10 years in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and Counselling, I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life. My professional journey began in social care, spanning over 25 years in social services, local authorities, and charitable organizations. This background built a strong foundation in empathy, understanding, and real-world experience. I worked with children and young people, individuals with learning disabilities, and those facing addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health challenges.
My work focuses on real results. I have a particular interest in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, self-harm, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, I provide effective therapy for weight control, compulsive eating, stress management, performance anxiety, smoking cessation, and phobias. Because every person’s situation is unique, therapy is always tailored with care, clarity, and a collaborative spirit.
