Beth Sibbald Psychotherapist Newcastle: Compassionate Therapy for Meaningful Change

Beth Sibbald Psychotherapist Newcastle welcomes you into a space where meaningful change begins. I am a UKCP-accredited Relational Integrative Psychotherapist. I work one-to-one with adults aged 18 and over. My therapy sessions last 50 minutes and take place in Heaton or online. I offer afternoon and evening appointments, with a current rate of £60 per session. Choosing therapy is a bold step, and I understand the courage it takes to start.

Why Choose Beth Sibbald Psychotherapist Newcastle?

Because the relationship between client and therapist is key to success, it matters who you work with. Studies show that this connection affects outcomes more than the therapy model itself. Therefore, I offer a free 50-minute introductory session. That way, you can experience our dynamic before deciding to continue.

Exploring Connection and Meaning

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to how people find meaning and build relationships. After all, supportive connections help us grow, while strained ones can cause lasting pain. I work with clients to explore and deepen their ways of relating to themselves and others. In time, this often creates far-reaching shifts beyond the original concerns.

Common Reasons People Seek Therapy

Many people begin therapy during a crisis or transition. You might feel anxious, depressed, or unsure about your relationships. Perhaps you’re stuck and want to understand yourself better. No matter the reason, your feelings and struggles make sense. Life shapes all of us, and you deserve support that sees the full picture. You are not a label; you’re a complex, capable human being doing your best.

How Therapy Helps You Grow

Therapy offers a space to feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s working for you and what’s not. As you build awareness, you’ll uncover new possibilities. When you feel safe, real change becomes achievable. Over time, your confidence and clarity can grow.
