Chrissy Kapartis Coach & Integrative Counsellor London offers a unique blend of therapy and coaching to support your personal growth. I’m Chrissy, an integrative therapist and transformational coach based in London. I tailor my approach using a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on your specific needs and goals.
We begin with a first session to connect and decide if we’re a good fit. This time gives you space to sense whether my approach feels supportive and safe for you. I strongly believe that a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship forms the bedrock of meaningful healing. At the core of my work lies the value of self-compassion—because kindness towards ourselves leads to real, lasting change.
From the outset, I work collaboratively with my clients. I offer a non-judgemental environment built on empathy and transparency. Together, we explore how your earliest experiences and personal relationships shape the way you see yourself and the world.
Through therapy, you will build awareness of your patterns and the beliefs holding you back. You’ll gain tools to shift your mindset and begin treating yourself with the care you deserve. The goal is to help you cultivate a loving, accepting relationship with yourself—without shame or judgment.
I began my professional journey as an actor from 2016–2019. Because of that, creativity plays a vital role in my work. I love using roleplay, imagery, poetry, and creative expression to help my clients process their emotions and connect with their inner selves.
I also bring a psychosocial perspective to our sessions. This means we’ll look at how systemic pressures, cultural values, and social inequalities may be influencing your current struggles. As someone with ADHD and Greek-Cypriot roots, I am deeply interested in how identity and culture shape our emotional landscapes.
In 2020, I became a certified transformational coach and worked in an eating disorder recovery clinic. I facilitated groups and worked one-on-one with clients to explore topics like self-care, body image, and life purpose. My sessions often include mindfulness, guided meditations, and creative tools like collaging and visual storytelling.
