Reena Vaja Physiotherapist Worcestershire is a dedicated and highly skilled clinician with over 18 years of hands-on experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She qualified in 2006 from the University of Salford and has since built a strong career working in both NHS and private practice settings. Her passion for helping others move better, feel stronger, and recover fully is evident in every aspect of her work.
Reena thrives in clinical environments. While she serves as the Clinical Service Manager for Physiotherapy at Droitwich Spa Hospital, she continues to maintain her clinical diary. This ongoing commitment ensures her patients benefit from both her leadership and her direct care.
Reena’s foundation in physiotherapy is solid and diverse. She has worked with sports teams and completed advanced musculoskeletal training, including Level 3 Pilates certification from the APPI. She also regularly enhances her clinical knowledge through various specialist courses.
Her approach combines traditional physiotherapy techniques with a modern, patient-centred outlook. She works collaboratively with patients to create tailored treatment plans that produce real results.
Reena’s clinical interests include:
Musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction
Sports injuries and performance recovery
Gait analysis and biomechanics, including Footscan technology
General rehabilitation and Pilates-led recovery
Brace fitting for conditions such as osteoarthritis
This range allows her to offer highly individualised care. Moreover, her work spans from elite athletes to everyday patients aiming to regain comfort and mobility.
Reena is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). These memberships reflect her dedication to clinical excellence and ethical practice.
Outside of her physiotherapy work, Reena leads an active lifestyle. She plays hockey, swims regularly, and enjoys travelling. Her love for movement and fitness extends naturally into her professional ethos—promoting physical health as a path to a more fulfilled life.
