Since 1999, Dr Watts has served as the lead consultant for addiction treatment and a staff consultant in general adult psychiatry at Priory Hospital North London. Over the years, he has built a reputation for comprehensive care and tailored therapies that address each patient’s unique needs.

Dr Watts earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Immunology and received the prestigious Hawker Scholarship during his studies. He later became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatry (MRC Psych) in 1989 and gained approval under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act the same year.
Although Dr Watts now focuses on clinical work, he contributed research during his training on Community Psychiatry and Service Delivery. His dedication to advancing mental health care remains evident in his practice and ongoing professional development.
