Since graduating with a first-class degree in Integrative Counselling Theory and Practice in 2020, Olivia remains committed to professional growth. She completes regular training sessions. Most recently, she earned a Specialist Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This training enhances her ability to apply evidence-based techniques. As a result, clients benefit from up-to-date therapeutic approaches.
Olivia incorporates various therapeutic methods to meet her clients’ needs.
