Roxanne Wootton Music Therapist Southampton provides compassionate, professional music therapy services. Since qualifying with an MA from the University of Roehampton in 2014, Roxanne has actively worked with a wide range of clients. Roxanne holds a BA (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy. She gained valuable clinical experience working with both adults and children. Roxanne’s approach adapts to meet the unique requirements of each person.
Her main areas of expertise include profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism, dementia, communication difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, and attachment disorders. Because she works with diverse communities, Roxanne offers both one-to-one and group music therapy sessions. This flexibility ensures clients receive the support they need.
At present, Roxanne serves as a Music Therapist at Priory. She offers specialized support for various mental health conditions. These include anxiety, self-harm, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, selective mutism, attachment disorder, schizophrenia, and stress. Additionally, Roxanne provides private CAMHS services, ensuring personalized and confidential care.
