Chris Soloman Integrative Therapist Glasgow offers a comprehensive and compassionate approach to therapy. With over a decade of hands-on counselling experience, I guide clients through their mental health journey using evidence-based and human-centred practices. I blend cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic talking therapies, and mindfulness to support real, lasting change.
This integrative approach addresses the mind, emotions, and body as one. Additionally, I place mental health within a broader social context, ensuring therapy is rooted in your lived experience. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, connection, and confidence.
I provide effective therapy for a variety of issues. My key areas of focus include addiction counselling, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and anger management. Whether you are struggling with compulsive behaviours, emotional overwhelm, or stress-related symptoms, I tailor each session to your needs.
Transitioning through challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, healing is always possible. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build new skills, and make space for growth.
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Dartington Hall in Devon. To enhance my practice, I also completed certifications in:
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Motivational Interviewing (for addiction)
Ecotherapy from Tariki Trust (UNEP accredited)
These qualifications help me offer therapy that is both structured and intuitive. Each tool I use has one aim—to support you toward well-being.
Since 2020, I’ve worked at the Priory, offering integrative therapy grounded in compassion and clinical skill. As a BACP accredited therapist, I adhere to the highest ethical standards.
The Priory provides an excellent setting for both structured addiction programs and individual counselling. Clients benefit from a safe, confidential, and focused environment to begin or continue their recovery.
Beyond private practice, I explore how therapy can evolve. I’m currently researching two key areas: the use of outdoor environments in therapy (Ecotherapy) and the impact of society on mental health. These interests feed directly into my work with clients.
I believe therapy must adapt to reflect the world we live in. My research ensures my approach stays relevant and forward-thinking.
