Dr Andrew Few GP Norwich: Appointments and Clinical Training

Dr Andrew Few GP Norwich leads a forward-thinking GP practice that prioritizes patient care while supporting the training of future doctors. Therefore, our team regularly works alongside GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These fully qualified professionals offer safe, supervised care. Moreover, their support increases the number of appointments available.

Medical Education at Dr Andrew Few GP Norwich

A GP Registrar is a licensed doctor working toward a career in general practice. Typically, they complete two years in hospital before joining a practice. Consequently, they bring excellent medical knowledge and practical experience. Registrars remain with us for up to one year and receive guidance from senior GPs.

Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors are in the second year of postgraduate training. Although they are fully qualified, they are still exploring their career path. For this reason, they spend four months working in general practice. Furthermore, all F2s are supervised closely to maintain high standards of patient care.
