Description
Dr Ebenezer GP Norwich: Patient Appointments and Medical Training
Dr Ebenezer GP Norwich leads a compassionate and professional general practice that delivers quality healthcare and supports doctor training. Therefore, we regularly host GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These fully qualified doctors offer safe, supervised care. Moreover, their support improves access and helps us serve more patients.
Developing Future GPs at Dr Ebenezer GP Norwich
GP Registrars are qualified doctors preparing to become General Practitioners. Usually, they complete at least two years in hospitals before joining us. Consequently, they bring strong medical knowledge and a fresh approach to general practice. Registrars work with us for up to one year. Furthermore, they receive daily support and supervision from our experienced GPs.
Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors are in the second year of postgraduate training. Although they are fully licensed, they are still deciding on a specialty. For this reason, they rotate into general practice for four months. Additionally, their clinical decisions are closely guided by senior clinicians to ensure safe care.
