Our Neurosurgery Services

Our Neurosurgery Unit performs brain and spinal surgery. We have a 32-bed acute ward, including a 4-bed area for patients needing extra care after brain surgery or if critically ill. We also care for patients after surgery for blood vessels, face and jaw, eyes, ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.

Patients come to Austin Health from across Victoria, interstate, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
