“Through my experiences in life and training, I have focused my efforts to guide my clients through the troubles leading to the difficulties associated with these emotional and mental states. I have walked many roads and feel confident to help guide others along their paths.

I grew up in Pretoria, but have lived in Cape Town, Durban, and New Zealand. I have worked in corporate settings, teaching English and Mathematics to kids. I’ve seen patients in psychiatric clinics and public hospitals and provided group therapy. I was a senior psychologist at the University of Pretoria, a Forensic Psychologist in New Zealand, conducted communication workshops, and provided conflict resolution interventions in corporate delivery teams. I have also worked with youth in the Department of Education in the Western Cape.

I believe in the power of communication, experience, and human connection in the process of healing and personal development.”
