Anna Jackson Integrative Psychotherapist London offers a unique and personalized approach to mental health. I work across various modalities, including rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), parts work, hypnotherapy, and interpersonal therapy (IPT). I focus on addressing the root cause of issues first. Then, I combine evidence-based therapies to create the best treatment plan. This integrative style adapts to each patient’s needs and the presenting concerns. Additionally, I incorporate ancient spiritual practices and mindfulness to support holistic healing.
I specialize in treating a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, stress, and addiction. My passion for psychology began as a way to heal my own trauma, which showed up as severe anxiety and OCD. This personal journey inspires my empathetic and effective therapeutic style. I work to empower patients and guide them through their healing processes with compassion and expertise.
Alongside my private practice on Harley Street, I serve as a sessional integrative psychotherapist at Priory Hospital Roehampton, Wimbledon Park Clinic, and offer remote sessions. Since September 2021, my experience at Priory has enriched my skills tremendously. I enjoy the supportive team environment that helps us all grow professionally while delivering excellent care to patients. Moreover, I actively contribute to psychology articles and speak at wellness events, such as the UK’s largest wellness festival, Wellnergy 2024. I also run psychology workshops, recently hosting a series at Soho House.
My educational background includes a postgraduate certificate in counselling and psychotherapy from Regents University, London, earned in 2018. I hold multiple diplomas in REBT, which offers a deeper understanding of CBT techniques. I trained in hypnotherapy with Paul McKenna in 2022 and recently qualified in theta healing in 2024. I prioritize ongoing professional development because psychology remains my true passion.
