Our clinic operates from BUILT. Strength & Conditioning on Gilbert Street in Adelaide. It’s a dynamic and supportive space, with a fully equipped gym downstairs and group-based cardio classes upstairs. It’s the perfect environment for people who want to take their rehab and training seriously.

Additional Information

Max Duncan, our lead physiotherapist, brings a wealth of experience to the clinic. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015, Max spent years refining his skills at Physio Smart. He holds certifications in SFMA, FMS, dry needling, and strength and conditioning, and has completed specialist courses such as Mulligan’s Lower Limb training.

Max has worked with a wide range of people, including local junior athletes, Olympic and Commonwealth Games participants, and South Australia’s top runners. He currently serves as the Team Physiotherapist for Athletics SA and has done so for over five years.

Known for his ability to problem-solve and work with complex injuries, Max enjoys helping runners and athletes return to form, beat personal bests, and stay injury-free. He’s also a dedicated athlete himself—with a background in football, a love for running, surfing, and time in the gym.
