About Bec

Bec Thiele is an expert physiotherapist passionate about helping clients recover from muscle, joint, and sporting injuries. She also supports individuals living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), hypermobility, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Bec particularly enjoys working with performing artists and athletes, guiding them back to their activities safely and helping prevent future injuries.

Bec combines her physiotherapy expertise with extensive Pilates training to offer a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation. She leads Pilates Equipment, Reformer, and Mat classes, which complement her physiotherapy treatments and encourage long-term strength and flexibility.

Her dedication to education and clinical excellence is reflected in her roles as both a practitioner and an educator, teaching clinical Pilates courses through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Bec holds a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy, as well as a Graduate Certificate of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UniSA. Beyond clinical practice, Bec is an APPI Course Educator, training other physiotherapists and instructors in clinical Pilates.

She is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) and the Australian Physiotherapy Association, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice.
