About Evelyn Beneke

Evelyn Beneke is a licensed Research and Clinical Psychologist based in Cape Town, Western Cape. She holds master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Cape Town (Research Psychology) and The Fielding Graduate University in California (Clinical Psychology). Her clinical program is accredited by the American Psychological Association. She is also a licensed Parent Effectiveness Trainer.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Evelyn has worked in both South Africa and the United States, offering a wealth of knowledge and understanding in her field. Her professional memberships include the Psychological Society of South Africa, the National Association for Alcoholism and Abuse Counselors in the USA (NAADAC), and she is also a Diplomate in Schema Therapy.

Evelyn’s focus lies in helping individuals build effective coping mechanisms.
