Jennifer’s extensive training in neuroscience allows her to explain the workings of the brain and how anxiety affects us. By combining multiple therapies, she provides a holistic approach to treating anxiety. From Emotional Change Therapy (ECT) to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Timeline Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Jennifer has the expertise to tailor the most effective treatment plan for you.

EFT, often referred to as tapping, combines elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy with acupressure. This technique helps release anxiety and emotional distress, leaving you feeling calmer and more balanced.

Jennifer is also a professional keynote speaker and public speaking trainer. She regularly speaks at schools, universities, and corporate events, focusing on anxiety management and building resilience.
