Services

Personal Counselling

Lianne offers individual counselling tailored to your unique circumstances. She believes that people behave and feel the way they do for valid reasons—and that understanding those reasons can be the first step toward lasting change.

You will begin by exploring your concerns in a non-judgemental setting. Whether you are struggling with stress, past trauma, work-related issues or abuse, therapy can help you clarify what’s happening and develop practical ways forward.

Anxiety and Panic Support

If anxiety is interfering with your daily life or you suffer from frequent panic attacks, counselling can help. Lianne uses proven strategies to help clients manage anxiety and prevent symptoms from becoming overwhelming. Together, you can explore ways to regain control and rebuild confidence.

Depression Therapy

Depression can feel like a fog that clouds every part of life. Whether you are dealing with sleep issues, low energy, hopelessness, or intrusive thoughts, therapy can offer a way through. Lianne helps clients challenge negative thinking and create small, achievable steps toward feeling better.

Bereavement Counselling

Losing someone close can be incredibly painful. If you are experiencing overwhelming grief, guilt, or anger, you don’t have to go through it alone. Counselling offers a safe, understanding environment where you can explore your emotions and learn how to carry on.

First Sessions and What to Expect

Lianne understands that starting counselling can feel daunting. To ease any concerns, she offers an informal phone chat before your first session. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share your hopes for therapy, and see how you might work together.

Your first session will include a short agreement outlining how sessions are structured and what to expect. Each session lasts one hour and takes place in a relaxed, comfortable ground-floor room with accessible facilities.

There is no fixed number of sessions—you can work short-term or long-term depending on your needs. If you prefer a limited number of sessions, such as six or eight, Lianne will tailor the work accordingly.
