About Us

Cancercare Constantiaberg in Plumstead is a leading oncology centre committed to providing advanced cancer treatment with a patient-first approach. Since our founding in 1989 by Dr Leon Gouws, we have expanded into a network of nine centres across the Western and Eastern Cape. Today, we are the largest private oncology practice in South Africa, treating over 2,500 new patients annually and handling more than 90,000 patient contacts each year.
