Dr Russ Hargreaves is an experienced and accredited counsellor based in central Canterbury, with over 20 years of practice in the NHS and hospice sector. Throughout his career, Russ has specialised in working with cancer patients and individuals facing life-limiting illnesses, gaining a profound understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges they encounter.
In addition to this specialism, he has extensive experience supporting people through bereavement and loss. He has counselled hundreds of grieving relatives and has taught widely on these topics. Russ also works with a broad range of mental health issues including suicide prevention, sexuality, relationship concerns, infertility, and health anxiety.
