Description

Cathy Caples – Counsellor in Durban

About

Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but no one should have to face them alone. I am Cathy Caples, a registered social worker in private practice, dedicated to providing professional and compassionate counselling services. My approach is client-centred, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express themselves and work towards meaningful change.

With years of experience supporting people through difficult life transitions, I believe that while not everything we face can be changed, change is only possible when we confront our challenges head-on. Through guidance and collaboration, I help clients navigate emotional struggles, trauma, and personal growth.
