His practice covers everything from functional rhinoplasty to tonsillectomy and sinus surgery. Whether treating adults or children, he ensures each patient receives thorough and tailored care.
Beyond clinical care, Mr Spencer remains committed to global health. He works to connect medical organisations across borders. His goal is to create stronger communities of informed, trained specialists. He believes in collaboration to solve global healthcare challenges.
Moreover, his passion for education drives his work as ENT Educational Supervisor at the Royal Free. He holds a distinction-level teaching qualification and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He also contributes to regional ENT training as a member of the London Surgical Training Committee.
In addition to his NHS role, Mr Spencer serves as the Global Health Editor for ENT and Audiology News. He also reviews for several respected academic journals. Through writing, teaching, and surgery, he consistently shares knowledge to elevate ENT practice.
