Claire Gask Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Southampton supports individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and a wide range of mental health conditions. Claire Gask brings years of clinical experience to her role at the Priory, where she works as a senior CBT therapist and the clinical lead. She has held this leadership position for over two years, guiding both patients and staff with professionalism and dedication. In addition, Claire is fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), underscoring her commitment to high standards of care.
Claire holds a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT from Royal Holloway and a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions from the University of Surrey. She also completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of East London and an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience from Goldsmiths, University of London. Claire is currently completing advanced EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) training to further support clients dealing with trauma and PTSD.
