Description

Confide Counselling Service – Chichester

About Confide

Confide Counselling Service was founded in 1985 through the Methodist Church in Chichester and Bognor Regis. It is now an independent charity, registered as a charity with the number 1197103 since December 2021. Over the years, we have gained support from various churches, as well as statutory and voluntary bodies.

Our services are easily accessible, as we are centrally located in both Chichester and Bognor Regis. This makes it simple for people in the surrounding areas to receive support. The team at Confide includes qualified counsellors and counsellors in training, all of whom volunteer their time to assist those in need.

Services

Confide offers a range of counselling services tailored to meet individual needs. Our team works closely with clients to ensure they receive personalised care. The following services are available:

  • One-to-One Counselling: Our individual counselling sessions provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. These sessions are ideal for anyone dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.

  • Counselling for Specific Needs: In partnership with Stonepillow, we extend our services to their clients. This collaboration includes counselling support and supervision for staff members, ensuring effective care for those in need of additional support.

  • Counsellor Training and Supervision: At Confide, we are committed to professional development. We offer regular training and supervision to our counsellors, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care. This dedication to training guarantees that our clients receive the best possible support.
