CORE Mental Health Psychotherapy Worcester

About

Welcome to CORE Mental Health Psychotherapy Worcester, a calm and nature-connected space led by Suzanne Allies, a qualified and accredited counsellor. Suzanne holds registration with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), which is recognised by the UK government’s Professional Standards Authority.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but Suzanne uses a relaxed and compassionate approach to help you feel comfortable from the very beginning. Moreover, she often uses gentle humour to ease tension. You will always be offered a hot or cold drink to help you settle in.

Located in her garden surrounded by wildlife, Suzanne’s therapy room provides a peaceful sanctuary. Here, you can freely express your emotions—whether that means crying, talking, or even expressing anger—in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Suzanne helps clients transform anxiety into a manageable strength.

Her personal journey began over 30 years ago when severe anxiety as a student led her to counselling. Since then, she has faced significant bereavements, which deepened her empathy and strengthened her commitment to helping others. Above all, Suzanne believes that no one should feel ashamed to seek help or express their feelings openly.
