I am an integrative therapist who combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic methods, and person-centred approaches. Recently, I’ve also become a qualified clinical supervisor. Thanks to this diverse background, I adapt each session to suit your needs. Whether you’re navigating emotional neglect, domestic abuse, or relationship strain, I draw on different modalities—including positive psychology—to support your growth.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and have worked in both NHS and private settings. My training spans CBT, person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and more. I also apply attachment theory, transactional analysis, and choice theory in my work.
This broad knowledge helps me work with a wide range of challenges including depression, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety, and relational difficulties. My goal is to support you in discovering new coping strategies and gaining long-term emotional resilience.
