I’m Dayne Williams, a registered Educational Psychologist based in Cape Town, offering both online and in-person therapy sessions. With a flexible, interactive approach, I tailor my therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual, recognising that no two people are alike. My focus is on adolescents and adults, helping them navigate a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.

I specialise in treating ADHD, anxiety-based disorders, process addictions, and life transitions. Additionally, I assist individuals in understanding and recovering from unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Alongside therapy, I offer Adult ADHD assessments and collaborate with Shannon Willows for psycho-educational assessments for primary, high school, and university students. My practice is located in Claremont on Harfield Road, but I also offer online consultations for those further afield.

• Psycho-educational assessments for students, from Grade 1 to University, to understand learning strengths and challenges, and to develop targeted interventions for academic support.

Additional Information

With a cum laude graduate degree in Educational Psychology and an extensive background in teaching, I bring both practical experience and academic knowledge to my practice. My thesis work and continued education ensure that I stay at the forefront of new developments in my field.
