Dr Annie Majoka GP Sheffield provides patient-focused NHS care with a strong commitment to access, compassion, and efficiency. Based in Sheffield, we serve the local community with both urgent and routine medical support. Our goal is to make high-quality healthcare simple, respectful, and responsive.
Your First Point of Contact
Our Care Navigation Team guides patients every step of the way. You can request appointments online between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Additionally, if you’re unable to use the system, you can call after 8:30am for help.
A lead GP evaluates each request based on clinical need. As a result, we respond within two working days. For urgent concerns, we contact you the same day. However, phoning the practice won’t move you up the queue. Every request undergoes the same clinical triage process.

Accessing Urgent and Routine Care
For urgent help after hours, visit Sheffield Urgent Care or call 111. If our daily appointment capacity is full, we may refer you to trusted services such as Walk-In Centres or Out of Hours HUBs.
Likewise, if you are housebound, we offer home visits. Please contact us before 10:00am. Emergency visits always take priority over routine requests.
Administrative and Prescription Requests
You can submit non-medical requests online until 4:00pm. These include doctor’s letters, test results, and sick notes. Similarly, all repeat prescriptions must be requested through the NHS App or SystmOnline.
For this reason, we no longer accept requests via phone or email. However, we will gladly help you set up access if needed.
Special Clinics and Appointments
We provide dedicated clinics for Post-Natal care and Gynae appointments. For example, you may require a 20-minute face-to-face GP consultation. Additionally, test result reviews can be scheduled online or over the phone.
Meanwhile, if your condition is better treated elsewhere, we may refer you to another clinic or provider. This includes physiotherapy and evening appointments.
