Dr. Ayesha initially pursued Biochemistry at the University of Pretoria and excelled in her studies. However, she longed for direct patient interaction. Instead of accepting a Malaria research grant, she made a life-changing decision to enroll in WITS’s GEMP medical program. In 2019, she proudly graduated as a medical doctor, eager to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

During her internship and community service in Johannesburg, Dr. Ayesha worked tirelessly in Covid wards and various clinics. These experiences deepened her dedication to patient care and strengthened her ability to handle diverse medical challenges. In 2023, Dr. Ayesha moved to Cape Town and established her private practice as a GP.
