Dr Bede Okoye GP Norwich: Appointments and Clinical Training
Dr Bede Okoye GP Norwich leads a welcoming and forward-thinking practice focused on excellent care and medical education. Therefore, we proudly train GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These doctors support patient care under supervision while gaining hands-on experience. Moreover, they increase appointment availability and bring energy to our team.
Clinical Education with Dr Bede Okoye GP Norwich
A GP Registrar is a qualified doctor training to become a GP. They usually complete at least two years in hospital medicine first. Consequently, they bring valuable clinical knowledge and a strong work ethic. Registrars stay for up to one year and receive ongoing supervision from our experienced GPs.
Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors are in the second year of their postgraduate training. Although fully licensed, they are still exploring their career options. For this reason, they rotate into general practice for four months. Furthermore, F2s work under close guidance to ensure patient safety and consistent care.
