A trained clinician, usually the Lead GP for the day, reviews all requests. Furthermore, each request receives an immediate assessment to ensure you get the right care. We will contact you within two working days. Urgent cases, however, receive a same-day response. For this reason, you can feel confident that urgent health issues never face delays.

Sometimes you may need urgent help when the practice is closed. In such cases, you should visit Sheffield Urgent Care or call 111. What to Expect from Your Appointment
