Dr Harriet Limmer GP Norwich: Appointments and Clinical Training

Dr Harriet Limmer GP Norwich runs a patient-first practice focused on expert care and medical education. Therefore, we proudly support the development of GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These fully qualified doctors provide supervised care. Moreover, they expand our capacity and help us see more patients daily.

Medical Education at Dr Harriet Limmer GP Norwich

GP Registrars are doctors training to become GPs. Usually, they have worked in hospital settings for at least two years. Consequently, they bring a strong foundation in clinical medicine. Registrars stay with us for up to one year. Furthermore, senior GPs provide continuous oversight and guidance.

Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors are early-career doctors exploring their future specialisms. Although fully licensed, they continue learning through supervised placements. For this reason, they rotate into general practice for four months. Additionally, they work under close supervision to ensure consistent patient care.
