Your First Point of Contact
Our Care Navigation Team is your first support line. Appointment requests are available online between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Additionally, if you’re unable to access the internet, please call the practice after 8:30am.
Each request is triaged by the lead GP of the day. As a result, urgent cases are contacted on the same day, while routine requests receive a response within two working days. However, phoning will not bypass this system. Every case is reviewed based on medical need.

If you need urgent help after hours, call 111 or visit Sheffield Urgent Care. If our schedule is full, we may refer you to trusted alternatives like the Walk-In Centre or local HUB clinics.
Similarly, we offer home visits for patients who are housebound. Please call before 10:00am. Emergency visits take priority at all times.
Admin Services and Prescription Requests
You can submit admin queries—such as fit notes, referral letters, or test results—online until 4:00pm. Likewise, prescription requests must be made through the NHS App or SystmOnline.
For safety reasons, we no longer take prescriptions via phone or email. However, we can help you get set up on our digital platforms if needed.
Additional Clinics and Appointments
We offer Gynae and Post-Natal appointment slots every week. These may require face-to-face consultations, depending on the issue. Furthermore, test result reviews can be requested online or over the phone.
Meanwhile, if a different service is better suited to your condition, we may refer you elsewhere. This includes services like physiotherapy or evening clinic appointments for greater flexibility.
