About

Dr. Jennifer Julyan is dedicated to restoring both the function and aesthetics of her patients’ smiles with precision and care. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria in 2012 and earned a place in The Golden Key International Honour Society for her outstanding academic achievements.

Following her graduation, she completed her community service with the South African National Defence Force in Port Elizabeth. Shortly after, she began working in private practice in Durbanville, Cape Town. In 2015, she further expanded her expertise by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of the Western Cape. A few years later, her growing passion for prosthodontics led her to specialise in the field. By 2021, she had officially qualified as a prosthodontist and earned a Fellowship of the College of Dentistry (FCD SA) from the College of Medicine South Africa.

Throughout her career, Dr. Julyan has remained committed to delivering the highest standard of care. Her perfectionist nature ensures that every treatment plan is carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of each patient. She also believes in building strong relationships with her patients, guiding and supporting them through every step of their dental journey.

In addition to her private practice, she actively contributes to the dental profession as a clinical supervisor for postgraduate prosthodontic students at the University of the Western Cape. Furthermore, she plays an active role in several professional organisations, including the Academy of Prosthodontics South Africa (APSA), the International Team for Implantology (ITI), and the South African Dental Association (SADA).

When she is not working, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs.
