Dr. Jonathan Leith is a specialist and laparoscopic surgeon practicing in Panorama, South Africa. Born in Northern Ireland and raised in South Africa, he brings international experience to his practice. Dr. Leith works at Panorama Medi Clinic in Parow, Cape Town, where he provides expert surgical care to his patients.

He completed his MBChB degree at the University of Pretoria in 1998. Later, he specialized in general surgery at the University of Stellenbosch. In 2005, Dr. Leith earned his MMed (Chir) and FCS (SA) qualifications. In 2018, he furthered his education by completing a Certificate in Surgical Leadership from Harvard Medical School. This advanced training has strengthened his leadership and surgical expertise.

Dr. Leith is passionate about educating future surgeons. He currently conducts PhD research at the University of Stellenbosch, focusing on how simulator training improves laparoscopic skills.
