Dr. Krystyna Pharoah obtained her MD degree with distinction in 1986 from the Medical Academy (Wroclaw) in Poland. Immediately after completing her internship, she specialized in neurology. However, in 1991, she immigrated to South Africa, where she embarked on a new chapter in her medical career.

For eight years, she worked at a provincial hospital in Rustenburg. This exposure allowed her to refine her expertise in various medical fields, including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, anesthesia, psychiatry, obstetrics, and gynecology.

Transition to Private Practice and Aesthetic Medicine

Following years of professional growth, Dr. Pharoah established her own private practice. She also integrated alternative medicine, such as acupuncture, into her treatments. Believing in a holistic approach, she ensured that patient care went beyond conventional medicine.

During this time, she developed a deep interest in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. She was among the first in South Africa to receive training in Botulinum toxin injections. Moreover, she expanded her skills in various aesthetic procedures, including:
