Dr Lester Braganza GP Norwich: Appointments and Doctor Training

Dr Lester Braganza GP Norwich leads a friendly, patient-centered practice dedicated to outstanding care and professional training. Therefore, we actively support the development of GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These doctors enhance our services while learning under expert supervision. Moreover, they help us provide more appointment options to the community.

Medical Training at Dr Lester Braganza GP Norwich

GP Registrars are fully qualified doctors who are training to become General Practitioners. Typically, they spend two years working in hospitals before joining a GP practice. Consequently, they bring broad clinical experience and a fresh perspective. Registrars stay with us for up to one year and work under the direct supervision of senior GPs.

Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s) are in their second year of postgraduate training. Although fully licensed to practice, they are still exploring specialties. For this reason, they complete a four-month placement in general practice. Furthermore, every F2 doctor is closely supported by our experienced team, ensuring patients receive high-quality care at all times.
