We provide complete obstetric care. This includes confirming pregnancy, antenatal care, twin pregnancy support, and natural birth guidance. Water births are available when possible. Caesarean sections are safe and managed with care. We support VBAC after one previous CS. Our postpartum care helps mothers recover comfortably while caring for their newborns.

Gynaecology Services

Lila offers well-woman clinics, cervical cancer screening with Pap smears and colposcopy, menopause guidance, and PCOS support. We help with urinary health, infertility checks, and minor or major gynaecological surgery, including laparoscopy. Contraception options include IUCD insertion, with conscious sedation available. About Dr Ilana Johnson

Dr Ilana Johnson earned her MBChB from the University of Cape Town in 2007. Her passion for women’s health began during her third-year Obstetrics rotation. She trained at Mowbray Maternity Hospital and Tygerberg Hospital and became a Fellow of the College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. As a mother, she understands pregnancy challenges and provides care with empathy and attention.

About Dr Lindi Murray

Dr Lindi Murray earned her MBBCh from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2004. She specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Cape Town. Dr Murray has extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics, labour ward management, and surgical procedures. She has won awards for her Masters in Medicine. She continues to provide expert care while prioritizing patient comfort.
