Additional Information
Upon arrival, patients complete a digital check-in that creates their file in under five minutes. Next, a triage nurse greets them in the dedicated triage room. There, vital signs are recorded on portable monitors and a brief history is taken. Then, clinicians apply the South African Triage Scale (SATS) to set priority levels. As a result, high-acuity cases move swiftly into care.
Additionally, patients proceed to one of several private clinical cubicles. These cubicles feature wall-mounted monitors and point-of-care ultrasound probes. Meanwhile, doctors and nurses collaborate for focused consultations and short procedures. Furthermore, the centre offers on-site blood tests, X-rays, and ultrasound for fast results. Consequently, the team can start treatment without delays.
Moreover, a private GBV suite ensures safety and dignity for sensitive cases. The practice also works with Cape Town Mediclinic for advanced laboratory and imaging support. Finally, multidisciplinary teams meet regularly to review outcomes and improve protocols. Therefore, you receive care that combines modern technology with personal attention. Also, the centre follows the motto, “Emergency care that puts the patient first.” Schedule a consultation today to experience personalised emergency care built around you.
