Dr Nneka Madu GP Peterborough UK offers a wide range of healthcare services tailored to your individual needs. We support you at every stage of your care—from initial contact to referrals and follow-ups.
Some services are available without registration. However, to see a GP, you must register with our practice. For this reason, we advise registering early.
To book a consultation, contact us directly. Walk-in patients may not be seen. Therefore, always secure an appointment in advance.
Furthermore, if tests are needed, your GP will explain the details. These may take place here or at a specialist facility. Similarly, we will tell you how and when to receive your results.
Please attend your appointment on time. If you cannot attend, inform us early. Consequently, someone else can take your slot.
If multiple family members need to be seen, book one appointment per person. Moreover, if you have a complex issue, let our receptionist know. Hence, we can allocate the right amount of time.
On the other hand, patients who frequently miss appointments without notice may be removed from the practice list.
Your GP may provide a prescription, which you should take to a pharmacy. Likewise, test results may take time to arrive. Therefore, wait for us to contact you before calling in.
If your treatment requires a specialist, we will refer you. You cannot access NHS specialists without a GP referral.
We offer interpreter services when needed. However, you must book them in advance. Interpreters may assist in person or by phone.
If someone calls on your behalf, remind them to ask for an interpreter if necessary.
We are committed to courteous and respectful service. In return, we ask the same from you.
Additionally, let us know if your contact details change. This helps us reach you when needed.
Practices are busy. Nonetheless, we aim to answer calls promptly and assist you efficiently.
For coughs, colds, or children’s minor illnesses, your pharmacist may help. For eye problems, visit an optometrist.
Similarly, see a dentist for dental issues and use podiatry for foot care.
If we are closed, dial our number. You’ll be redirected or given a number for after-hours help. NHS 111 is available 24/7.
