Description
Dr Peter Marsden GP Peterborough: Compassionate Care and GP Education
Dr Peter Marsden GP Peterborough runs a modern, patient-first practice committed to excellent care and hands-on clinical training. Therefore, we support the development of GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s). These qualified doctors contribute under close supervision. Moreover, they help us provide more appointment options and efficient service.
Training Future GPs at Dr Peter Marsden GP Peterborough
GP Registrars are doctors training to become General Practitioners. Typically, they have already spent two years in hospital placements. Consequently, they bring both recent experience and valuable clinical insight. Registrars stay with us for up to one year. Furthermore, they are supervised by senior GPs to ensure safety and quality.
Similarly, Foundation Year 2 doctors are licensed medical professionals. Although they are fully qualified, they are still selecting a specialty. For this reason, they rotate into general practice for four months. Additionally, we provide continuous mentoring to support their growth and ensure excellent patient care.
