Saskia Pieters, the owner and lead physiotherapist, grew up in South Africa where she earned her degree in physiotherapy from the University of Pretoria in 2005. Since then, she has worked in both hospital and private practice settings across South Africa, Namibia, and Australia. Saskia has completed multiple postgraduate courses and has a particular interest in spinal health, sports injuries, and orthopaedics. Her qualifications include Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy and dry needling.

Outside of work, Saskia enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through mountain biking, running, and horse riding. She is a proud member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is passionate about helping others stay active and pain-free.
