Edith Buchanan is a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). With a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from UPE (now NMU). And an Honours Degree from Rhodes University, Edith brings decades of expertise to her practice. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Edith has extensive experience working in:
- the Department of Labour, commerce, industry
- and student counselling departments at PE Technikon and NMU.
Operating from her home-based office in Walmer, Edith offers compassionate counselling services aimed at helping clients navigate personal issues, relationship challenges, and significant life changes. Services
- Individual Counselling: counsels adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and major life changes like retirement or grief from losing a loved one.
