Emma Davis Integrative Psychotherapist Chelmsford offers a calm and compassionate approach to mental health care. Emma integrates creativity and the arts into therapy whenever it benefits her clients. She focuses on the whole person, looking beyond labels and embracing what each individual brings. Emma creates a safe and stable space where clients can freely explore their needs. She meets clients where they are, tailoring her approach creatively to help them get the most from therapy.
As an integrative arts psychotherapist, Emma uses a variety of creative techniques and theoretical methods. She combines these approaches to create a personalized treatment plan for every client. Her training and experience allow her to both nurture and challenge clients, encouraging growth from multiple perspectives.
Emma brings 14 years of experience working within NHS mental health services. For a decade, she specialized in severe and enduring eating disorders.
