Francesca Sepulveda Integrative Therapist London is not just a professional title—it represents over 13 years of dedication to mental health and therapeutic services. I began my journey working with older adults who struggled to find meaning in a changing phase of life. Their stories inspired me to explore deeper into the human experience.
Eventually, I worked in the fields of addiction and psychosis. These experiences shaped my ability to support people through complex emotional and psychological challenges. Later, I moved into crisis intervention, learning how to respond quickly and compassionately when people needed it most.
Diverse Experience, Personalised Therapy
Over time, I chose to specialise in anxiety and depression. This led me to qualify in guided self-help and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). However, I did not stop there. I studied Existentialism, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Humanistic, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Narrative therapies. These diverse approaches gave me the tools to become an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
Because of this training, I practise a pluralistic or integrative approach. That means I tailor therapy to fit you—not the other way around. Every client is unique, and so is their therapy.
