About

Geelong Neuro Centre is a purpose-built clinic in Geelong offering therapy for people with neurological conditions. Founded in 2021 by Sara and Lach, the centre grew from a desire to create a space where therapists and clients could work closely together in a supportive and skilled environment. The result is a modern and welcoming hub where adults and children are cared for by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

We offer occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, and exercise physiology to support people at any stage of their neurological journey. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or are seeking long-term care, we’re here to help with individualised, compassionate support.

Our facilities include specialist neuro-equipment and therapy spaces designed to make the transition from hospital to home, or ongoing community care, as smooth as possible. We also understand that not everyone can make it to a clinic, so we offer therapy in homes, gyms, community centres and pools across Geelong and beyond. Clients from Western Victoria, Bendigo, and rural regions are always welcome—either at our centre or through outreach sessions.
