Gentle Changes offers a warm, inclusive, and empowering approach to trauma therapy and mental health support in Worcester. Led by a practitioner with deep experience in somatic and psychosensory practices, this service supports people who want to feel more present, connected, and in control of their wellbeing.

Instead of focusing solely on cognitive models, Gentle Changes draws on the wisdom of the body. Through a gentle and collaborative process, clients explore their inner “felt sense”—a subtle bodily awareness that can guide emotional healing. Using language, visualisation, and a parts-informed approach, sessions help clients feel safe, grounded, and better able to meet life’s challenges.

The therapeutic work follows a structured three-phase model: first, establishing inner safety and stability; second, processing trauma at a safe and manageable pace; and finally, reconnecting with personal strengths, values, and meaning. This process is supported by the Beyond Mindfulness® method, which encourages kindness, presence, and emotional regulation.

    If you feel anxious, flat, or disconnected, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll explore tools and practices that help you feel more grounded and resilient in everyday life.

    Unlike traditional mindfulness practices, Beyond Mindfulness® supports your internal world by building self-compassion and emotional safety through embodied awareness.

Initial consultations are available free of charge, and in-person sessions take place in Worcester. Online support is also available, especially for neurodivergent clients who prefer remote access.
