Greg Quee CBT Therapist London offers expert, compassionate care to clients across a wide range of mental health challenges. He brings years of academic training, clinical experience, and a human-centred approach to every session. Whether working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or OCD, Greg delivers tailored cognitive behavioural therapy to create lasting, positive change.
Greg’s career began with First Class Honours in Education from Queen’s University Belfast. He later served in a leadership role at a British Preparatory school in Kenya, where he led the Learning Support Department. During this time, his passion for special educational needs and mental health deepened. This commitment led him to further studies in Inclusive Education and eventually to his qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
He is a BABCP-accredited therapist and is currently completing a PhD. His research focuses on combining talking therapies with exercise and virtual reality for individuals with Parkinson’s. This innovation underscores Greg’s dedication to pioneering new treatment approaches.
Greg delivers evidence-based CBT therapy grounded in compassion and tailored care. He understands that each client’s journey is unique. Therefore, he works collaboratively with individuals and, where appropriate, with their families. His sessions are practical, supportive, and designed to create sustainable improvement.
