Welcome to Hayley Panton Therapy Services. Based in Chelmsford, I offer professional and intuitive counselling tailored to each client’s unique needs. My name is Hayley, and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with over a decade of experience. Since gaining my initial qualification in 2013, I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life.
My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should be personal, not prescriptive. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper understanding, I provide a space where you feel respected, heard, and understood. Through a flexible approach, I support clients as they process emotions, uncover patterns, and move toward growth.
I offer counselling sessions online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. Occasionally, home visits are available within the Chelmsford area when scheduling permits.
You can choose between short-term and long-term support, depending on your goals. Some people come for a few sessions to focus on one issue, while others stay longer to explore deeper emotional patterns.
